Since messengers have become the most heavily used mobile apps, bots have emerged as effective instruments that are changing the world of digital marketing. Our customers use bots for sales and marketing funnel automation, lead generation and nurturing, customer support and communication.

Chatfuel’s bot creators are influencers, celebrities, global consumer brands, large and small businesses, etc. Some of our largest customers include Audi, Adidas, Mercedes Benz, T-Mobile, MTV, TechCrunch, LEGO, Golden State Warriors, Katy Perry and many others.

Mission

To organize and execute our product development efforts in a way that makes Chatfuel users absolutely happy and our team motivated and energized!

You will be the main advocate of the user experience with Chatfuel's product. By talking to hundreds of people in usability studies you will build your very own backlog of hurdles that get in the way of reaching users' goals, and together with our Art-Director and the design team develop ways to eliminate these barriers. You will validate, manage and launch a complete overhaul of Chatfuel's user interface, which is currently in the works.

The successful candidate will set up collaboration and communication between team members and external partners in different remote locations to a level that ensures teams have everything they need to work efficiently (including all the minor bugs) and should be ready to communicate them clearly anytime. Your responsibilities will include executing the product roadmap alongside our CPO, creating specs for the dev team, estimating the plans, managing the sprints, defining and analyzing metrics that define success and ultimately ensuring the highest quality of the product we deliver.

Last but not least, you will be one of the driving forces of our main R&D office in Moscow, so we expect you to bring a positive attitude, energized spirit and your own spark to each workday to inspire people around you.

Competencies

  1. Organization: you are good at managing complex projects. Specs, check-lists, plans, sprint tasks, estimates, etc. Managing projects is what you truly enjoy and strive to be best in the universe at it.
  2. UX: You have a nose for great products and 3+ years of experience working on user experience. You are comfortable with conducting usability studies, creating examples through wire frames and mock-ups, and working with designers on production-ready UI designs.
  3. Attention to detail: you are obsessed with every little aspect. At a startup you may need to cut corners here and there, but you will need to do this consciously, not just because something is overlooked.
  4. Communication: you’re a natural leader, have charisma, interact easily with people of different backgrounds and traits of character, empathy is your virtue.
  5. You are technical enough to ask engineers good questions about the architecture as well as product decisions.
  6. English: solid upper-intermediate is a must, advanced is preferred.

For the right candidate, having a strong project management background (without extensive product management experience) may be adequate. If you fit all the requirements listed above and like the idea of joining our dynamic and extremely close team, we will help you learn the necessary skills to become a world-class product manager.
