Chatfuel is looking for a Product Analyst! We need someone who will give our team a meaningful view into all of Chatfuel’s data.

We are the largest platform for building bots on Facebook Messenger. Bots are pieces of software that help automate communication with humans through messaging applications. Since messengers have become the most heavily used mobile apps, bots have emerged as effective instruments that are changing the world of digital marketing. Our customers use bots for sales and marketing funnel automation, lead generation and nurturing, customer support and communication.

Chatfuel’s bot creators are influencers, celebrities, global consumer brands, large and small businesses, etc. Some of our largest customers include Audi, Adidas, Mercedes Benz, T-Mobile, MTV, TechCrunch, LEGO, Golden State Warriors, Katy Perry and many others.


To take a data-informed culture at Chatfuel to the next level. This includes everything from exploring click-level data on user experiences to evaluating the impact of a new business model on company performance.

You will identify critical product & business metrics and make recommendations on what data to collect. Then work closely with engineering to implement, document, validate, and monitor our logging and metrics. Based on that you will have an ability to design, develop, and own reporting dashboards used by the entire company every day, while you will be exploring data much further to find actionable insights, make product recommendations, and inform important product questions with data. With over 100M of users and billions of messages worldwide in Chatfuel database you will get a decent amount of data to slice and dice.

It’s very important to realize that empowering and guiding others to work effectively and efficiently with data is a critical part of your role. Which is, again, about so much more than creating dashboards - it’s telling the story of our business in a way that inspires action.


  • Minimum one year of experience doing quantitative analysis for a technology company with practical experience measuring the key product metrics (CAC, LTV, Churn, Retention, Funnels, etc.) and generating actionable hypotheses from them
  • Statistics: You should be able to interpret AB-experiments and distinguish signal vs noise in other situations
  • Scripting knowledge: You are comfortable calculating retention tables from raw data; querying databases using Python (or similar) and calculating projections
  • Product analytics knowledge: You should be able to build events structure, funnel structure and key metrics for a product, and find best possible points of growth based on this data
  • Systematic approach: You are good at top-down approach can identify every possible way to increase a metric
  • Strong communicator: You effectively synthesize, visualize, and communicate your ideas to others
  • Self-starter: You drive projects with minimal guidance and focus on high impact work
