We are the largest chatbot-building platform on Facebook Messenger. Our customers use bots for sales and marketing funnel automation, lead generation and nurturing, customer support, and communication. About the role

We're now expanding our presence in the international markets and looking for an experienced Community manager to deeply engage Chatfuel users.

The main task is to create a community of loyal product users and help them to collaborate and do great things together.

Primary responsibilities:

Community management

  • Lead a diverse range of community initiatives: webinars, social communities, emails, user groups, events, templates, and forums.
  • Develop and implement a user-centric community strategy.
  • Rock the community of bot builders around Chatfuel.
  • Interact with influencers within the collaborative projects.
  • Host online events around the world.
  • Record tutorials.
  • Share insights and collaborate with the Chatfuel team to influence product development, marketing campaigns, and more.
  • Be a Chatfuel pro user & Community leader.
  • Interact with partners within the affiliate programs.

Social media management

  • Create a content plan for social media based on product goals and market trends.
  • Manage social media: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Answer questions on social media.


  • Fluent English C1+ (excellent verbal and written communication.)
  • 5+ years of marketing experience and 3+ years of community management experience.
  • Experience with b2b is a must.
  • Experience with SaaS will be an advantage.
  • Experience building and leading a large-scale community, preferably for a software or tech organization.
  • Experience creating videos, hosting webinars, and speaking to the public.
  • Ability to take a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to study the product, target audience, and competitors from other countries/segments quickly and efficiently.
  • Copywriting and design skills for content production + experience setting technical tasks for a creative team.
  • Regular monitoring of trends and the ability to come up with innovative solutions to achieve business goals.
